Voyager is our Swiss Water Processed decaf — and it's the only decaf we make, because we only wanted to make one we'd actually drink. Swiss Water Process is a chemical-free, water-based decaffeination method that uses Green Coffee Extract (GCE) to gently lift caffeine out of the bean while leaving the flavor compounds where they belong. No methylene chloride, no ethyl acetate, no harsh extraction — just water doing the patient work it does best.

Recommended for: Espresso, Drip, Cold Brew
Bright in the morning, mellow at night, and stubbornly the opposite of what people expect "decaf" to taste like. We pull it as a late-afternoon shot more often than we'd like to admit.

Brewing Tips
Store beans in an airtight container away from light and heat. Grind just before brewing for best flavor. We recommend a medium grind for drip, coarse for French press, and fine for espresso. Use filtered water heated to 195-205°F for optimal extraction.
