However, coffee is a natural agricultural product, and flavor profiles, roast characteristics, and appearance may vary between batches and harvests. We do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content on our website are error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update information at any time without notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice. We accept payment via major credit and debit cards through Shopify Payments. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.

4. Orders and Fulfillment

We reserve the right to limit quantities of any products or services. All descriptions of products and product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship orders within the United States. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the delivery method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Groovy Goose Coffee is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is as follows:

  • Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Opened products may be eligible for a refund or exchange at our discretion if there is a quality issue. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Perishable goods and subscription items may have different return terms, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

7. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Groovy Goose Coffee offers SMS/text messaging services for order updates, shipping notifications, and promotional offers. By signing up for text alerts or providing your phone number at checkout and opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages from Groovy Goose Coffee at the phone number provided.

  • Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may purchase products without opting into text messages.
  • Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per month, including order updates, shipping notifications, and promotional offers.
