By opting in to receive text messages from Groovy Goose Coffee, you agree to the following terms.

Program Description

Groovy Goose Coffee operates a recurring SMS messaging program for customers who opt in. Through this program, we may send:

  • Transactional messages: order confirmations, shipping updates, delivery notifications, subscription renewal reminders
  • Marketing messages: promotions, new coffee releases, limited-time offers, raffle and event announcements

How to Opt In

You can opt in to receive SMS messages from Groovy Goose Coffee by:

  • Checking the SMS marketing consent box at checkout on groovygoose.coffee
  • Submitting your phone number via an opt-in form on our website
  • Texting a keyword to our SMS number when prompted in our marketing materials

Consent to receive marketing SMS is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from Groovy Goose Coffee.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Marketing messages are typically sent no more than four (4) times per month. Transactional messages are sent as needed based on your orders and subscriptions.

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier's plan. Groovy Goose Coffee is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us, or text STOP to our SMS number. You will receive a single confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed; after that, you will not receive any further marketing messages from this program.

If you opt out of marketing SMS, we may still send you essential transactional messages related to orders or subscriptions you have placed.

Supported Carriers

Our messaging program is compatible with all major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and Cricket Wireless. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Information collected through our SMS program is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. We share your number only with service providers who help us deliver SMS messages on our behalf.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to opt in to our SMS program. By opting in, you confirm that the mobile number you provided is yours and that you are authorized to opt that number in to receive messages.

Changes

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued participation in our SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
